Major Responsibilities- To Execute Day to Day Production Activity on Production Floor as per the Production Plan i.e. Injection Molding Machines, Paint Shop, Press Shop and Assembly Area Production Plan.- To Reduce the Cost of Production and Increase the Productivity by Critically Analysing the Production Loss and Implementing Lean Manufacturing and 5S. To Analyse and Reduce the Wastage.- To Reduce the Production Loss by Conducting RCA and CPA of the Breakdowns i.e. Molds, Machines, Man, Material, and Method BDs. - To Maintain Toyota-SQD/OJ-QMS related Production Documents.- To Maintain and Identify Spare Items, Consumables, Tools and Other Resources Required to Function the Plant Production Properly. - To Ensure Safety and 5S of the Production Floor.- Conducting and Recruiting Technical/Skill Workers for Production.- Assisting Production Manager on Monthly Production Planning of all IMMs.- Minimizing the Part Rejection and Maximizing the Product Quality.
