Job Description:

Supporting HOD in the development and implementation of evolving internal audit methodology for the organization.
Visits to showrooms, factories, and warehouses for physical audit purposes.
Performing audits through the review of physical and system generated records. Evaluating the level of compliance with established control policies, processes, procedures, standards, laws, and regulations in assigned functional areas/units.
To identify control weaknesses, process improvement opportunities, and initiate workable solutions.
To identify and analyze the causes of uneconomic and inefficient practices in assigned area of responsibility, and to make recommendations on appropriate preventive or remedial actions.
Performing special assignments as directed by higher management.
Executing various internal audit assignments, such as financial accounting, payroll, stock count, freight, manufacturing, and construction in progress, etc.

Forecast future budget needs.
Responsible for weekly/monthly expense variance reports.
Analyze financial information (e.g. revenues, expenditures, and cash management) to ensure all operations are within budget.
Identify variances between Budgeted and Actual financial results at the end of each reporting period.
Assists the immediate supervisor in monthly budgeting and financial planning.
Ensuring procedures, policies, legislation, and regulations are correctly followed and complied with.
Drafting summary reports for Audit & Compliance Department.
Maintaining CDs related to fix expenses.
Updating the budget at Oracle.
Managing the vendor\'s payments for the smooth running of the business.
Pre & Post Audit Relating to the expense payments.
Implementation of expense audit plan across the company as per the approved audit plan.
Ensuring Compliance with SOPs at all company locations as per instruction provided.
Ensuring the continuous monitoring of expense transactions.
Process weekly vendor payments.
Reconcile accounts payable Ledgers.
Continuous monitoring of the company\'s payable ledgers.

Book Keeping, Management Reporting.
Payroll Preparation.
Reconciliation of Accounts Receivables & Payables.
Management of Imprest.
Bank Reconciliation Statements.
Management Reporting.
Product Costing.
