Update and maintain M&E plan to ensure that monitoring and evaluation procedures adhere to donor expectations and programmatic requirements 
Provide technical support to relevant stakeholders and partners in designing data collection tools, and methodologies aim to improve programmatic effectiveness
Design methodologies and SOPs to conduct internal and external evaluations and coordinate the research activities which will strengthen the project-level M&E plans, M&E tools, and final evaluation reports
Support senior management team by providing strategic and programmatic findings from the evaluations, while the causes of potential constraints in project implementation and identifying corrective actions where necessary
Devise key performance questions and other indicators for monitoring to gauge program performance and achievements
Participant in community-based disaster risk reduction session evaluations to identify key challenges, issues, and lessons learned

Tracking of country program results and annual WP, supporting the assessment of overall program results implementation concerning program and project objectives, outputs, and indicators
Organization and facilitation of training for the operations/ projects staff on RBM/and Monitoring and Evaluation of program interventions
Lead, oversee and manage the Information Management (IM) system for AKAH Pakistan
Work closely with all department heads and relevant IM focal persons in managing data at the regional offices level
Create training and capacity-building plans to support staff in works related to data collection and data management; data analysis and visualization; surveys and assessments; reporting and translating
Coordinate and ensure an effective IM implementation, including refining standard data collection tools, scripting routine processes, and designing information products, and managing effective information sharing and dissemination to all relevant stakeholders
Conduct investigations on irregularities and abnormal activities and document findings
Documenting the results of the review in a formal report for management and Board members

Design and implement monitoring, evaluation and learning tools and methodologies, (baselines, midterm, and final evaluation studies using qualitative and quantitative methods)

Conduct regular monitoring visits to review and assess results against the M&E Framework and disiminating information and feedback to the project managment team
Review field reports (meeting minutes, monthly reports, action plans) and other similer documents to update and track against M&E indicators

Contribute in design and implement the Monitoring and Evaluation framework/strategy based on Logical Framework Approach (LFA) of the project to assess timely and quality implementation of activities to achieve results


Whenever required, conduct field visits to project sites to carry out monitoring using participatory tools and submit a detail report about the activities.
