My Job has always been enabling me to work under diverse kind of situations. In which altogether i have been using different skills, like Communication Skills, Emails and Handling Queries, Analytical Skills using Microsoft Softwares, Handling Men Money and Material all at once. Team Management, Team Leading and Training Development has been another perk and field of interest. By grace of Almighty Allah, my work has always been acknowledged in shape of regular appreciations & annual promotions, gradings and incentives.
As Team Lead, I'm responsible for
- Management and Supervision of Operations
- Management and Supervision of Field Staff
- Business & day to day Analysis
- HR management and liaison between Departments.
- Assure achievement of KPIs and Operations Targets by handling the incoming and outgoing loads efficiently.
Being PS of Vice Principal tasks were,
Assisting VP with routine meetings, scheduling and follow-ups
Liaison with Department Heads for sake of knowledge sharing
Assisting VP with his visits and minutes etc.
Arranging events if any.
