Oversees COVID-19 data management for Federal Capital
Provide data technical support to District Health Office and Commissioner Office.
Ensure quality of data by (regular data edits, cleaning) and compiles the SARI/ CIVID-19 daily / weekly data at Federal level.
Maintains COVID-19 databases for storage and indexing.
Conduct statistical Analysis of SARI/ILI / COVID data and interpret results and generate recommendations for actions.
Prepare graphs, tables and prepare draft daily and weekly Epidemiological Report.
Performs other data extraction and statistical analysis as needed by the provincial WHO team.
Support in providing briefing and training to surveillance teams in the province.

As Manager COMET/Database in MEAL Unit; my job responsibilities include:
Implementation of projects/programs on the COMET (IRC data platform) system as per approved plan with technical inputs from COMET support team. Ensure that all project teams use standard data platform (COMET) as a main system for compiling and analyzing all indicators data. Propose improved data model and changes for projects to COMET technical unit to review and finalize the new configuration on the system. Coordinate and support COMET technical team in final implementation of the project on COMET live instance and provide project maintenance on COMET system. Assist project teams to create dynamic dashboards for real-time analysis. Provide technical assistance to COMET technical team in development of user friendly COMET extensions as per country-specific requirements. Finalize checklist to ensure projects are aligned with COMET system at Proposal development stages. Support the planning and delivery of training, workshops and other capacity development interventions for COMET users arrange and conduct COMET training/refresher (online or offline) for on efficient use of COMET system. Work closely with the MEAL team to ensure project staff clearly understand the data requirements, data-gathering and reporting formats. Troubleshoot day-to-day technical issues with COMET.
Projects Undertaken
Successfully launched COMET (IRC centralized data platform based on DHIS2) in Pakistan
Successfully migrated IRC historical data from different sources to COMET.
Successfully performed analysis on BDRP (Building Disaster Resilience in Pakistan) baseline survey and configured indicators on COMET.
Develop output tracker according to donor requirements for RELIEF project.

Management and overall leadership of HIS (health information system) unit.
Review and analyze collected data and convert it into value added information according to indicators.
Ensuring data integrity and security. Supervise the team on specific needs aimed at enhancing efficiency, effectiveness and reliability of the decision making protocols. Provides support to report writing on data on monthly basis.
Coordinates with partner organizations and health departments (DoH, PPHI, PWD). Ensure distribution of project related medicines, commodities, supplies and equipment to project facilities. Data collection from health facilities of district Nowshera on developed tools.
