Position: Key Account Manager – Sales & Marketing
Responsibilities:-
 Develop trust relationships with a portfolio of major clients to ensure they do not turn to competition.
 Manage the key accounts for business development, revenue generation and marketing of products as well as services.
 Teach the clients for new in-house technologies, products & services provided by company and assure them that we are the best for the specific requirements.
 Acquire a thorough understanding of key customer needs and requirements to focus the specific customers/clients for related products sales.
 Expand the relationships with existing customers by continuously proposing solutions that meet their objectives and identify new opportunities.
 Exceed the targets set for business generation and marketing of new products.
 Serve as a link of communication between key customers and internal teams.
 Resolve any issues and problems faced by customers and deal with complaints to maintain trust.
 Develop and share a thorough understanding of the regional market dynamics and competitive environment across the O&G portfolio such as Dynamics and Trends in the O&G industry, Regional Customer Analysis, Competitive Environment, Political, Economic and Regulatory Issues.
 Play an integral part in generating new business that will turn into long-lasting relationships.
 Prepare regular reports of progress and forecasts to internal and external stakeholders using key account metrics.
 Review tenders, proposals & contract to negotiate and sign the deal with clients.
 Develop customer relationships through coordinating and attending trade shows, seminar, exhibitions and similar events.
