10-years Professional Experience in different Projects on, Youth empowerment, Education, Health, WASH , Monitoring Evaluations, Advocacy on Human Rights Based Approach GBV, Legal Rights, Minority Rights , Children and Women Protection, PESA Disaster Risk Reduction, Humanitarian Response and Coordination and good liaison with stakeholders in Pakistan
• Ensure the effective utilization of database for Child Protection issues and advocate of the sustainability of CPU in district Larkana region.
• Effective case management of identified and referred cases of child protection to relevant agencies/ government departments for assistance and follow up till the case is resolved.
• Ensure establishment of Child Protection desk in relevant Government ,i.e. Child Protection health desk at Medical Superintendent –MS & District Health officer (DHO) offices
• Ensure establishment of Child Protection desk in relevant Government ,i.e. Police ,Labor ,Judiciary ,Probation and parole department
• Conduct awareness sessions on family planning for healthy life and field visit to monitor child rights violations and assessment of cases in the district.
• Conduct coordination meeting with District Child Protection Committee, other line agencies and CRAN; document and share meeting minutes and follow up on the actions agreed.
• Ensure facilitation for child labor & street children regarding medical checkups/treatment for children & families particularly for maternal newborn children
• Ensure the effective operationalization of interagency coordination and referral mechanisms.
• Identify capacity needs and facilitate capacity building process of Govt. line departments and other stakeholders to roll out interagency protocol.
• Extend support to Social Welfare Department in initiatives launched by Deputy Director -Social Welfare for the welfare of the children.
• Ensure the monitoring of News papers, TV channels, Social Media related to CP cases in the District and maintain the database accordingly.
• Take full responsibility of the Monthly, Quarterly, Bi –annually and annual reports.
• Development of District Child Protection Unit Plan.
• Create and maintain strong linkages between community and service providers.
• Represent the Organization before the Government and its departments, partner organizations, donors
• To ensure the accomplishment of all activities of DAI-EDACE project on improving social harmony & protection of civic rights in project area district Larkana
