I have worked for quite a time with government, in the organizations and projects (UNDP, IFAD, CARE International), engaged in poverty reduction through participatory approach.

Support Project Manager and partner organizations in implementation of FSL program plans, strategies , guidelines as approved
Ensure the implementation of PEFSA V targeting strategy through partner organizations that effects in the identification and selection of the most vulnerable population and provide information to ensure accountability fairness and transparency during implementation of activities
Prepare weekly work plans and review the aligned with major activities of FSL, Nutrition and WASH; and review at weekly basis to streamline the implementation process
Establish and carry out monitoring and validation mechanisms of FSL related strategies/procedures/systems to ensure that community structures are involved in programming activities and adequate technical assistance is rendered to partner organizations
Establish adequate monitoring systems related to FSL (formats, data analysis and information sharing) and support partner organizations to follow the guidelines and processes
Capacity Building of staff/partner organization (PO) on FSL standard procedure and guidelines and timely compliance and reporting
Capacity developing tools to local partners and facilitate (directly or indirectly) training or technical support to partner staff and project participants.
Maintain and support positive working relationships with partners organization, local governmental counterparts, community representatives and local donor representatives and participate in FSC/Nutrition cluster meetings
Support in periodic meetings with partner organizations to review project performance and discuss issues of mutual concern. Undertake a leading role in problem solving and conflict resolution to ensure the timely and professional implementation of FSL initiatives.
To assist in conducting monitoring and evaluation surveys and assessments using assessment tools developed by the FSL and MEAL Programs
FSL officer Strengthens and monitors the PO in social mobilization and community/local authority participation in all CARE supported food and livelihood security interventions
To ensure that women are included in decision-making regarding FSL options, beneficiary identification and selection for the targeted household.
Support the Project Manager in ensuring that systems are in place to periodically capture and document learning related to success and failures occurring during the program period. Documents the case studies related to FSL programming
On-hand monitoring and evaluation for the project to provide suggestions for improvements and document lessons learned. Report and is accountable to the Project Manager and any significant deviations from the approved project design/implementation plan/contractual obligations, requires consultation with the Project Manager
Financial responsibility over specific pre-approved costs and expenditures or any financial responsibility is being established by the Project Manager
