خلاصہ

I am M.Phil scholar in Karakorum International University. I have done B.ed (Hons) from the same university in 2017. I am keen interested in developing good reading skills in children from early ages. this was the main reason due to which I have done my thesis at B,ed level on perceptions of teachers about parental role in developing reading habits of their children and its effects on their academic achievement. After completing this research I came to realize that parental involvement in the development of their children reading habits are not deniable. I am looking forward for better opportunity to arrange seminars for parents to gave awareness about their role in children reading skills.
the another research project in which now a days I am working is on perceptions of head teachers and teachers about the interventions of Pakistan Reading Project and its effects on students reading skills. this project will help me to know how much this PRP project become successful in developing reading skills in our children. if this project is very successful than we have to work to launch this same project in our private schools because students of private schools also not good in reading.
