Responsible for the overall management and coordination of Conditional Cash Assistance and Multipurpose Cash Assistance (MPCA) projects
To oversee the planning, implementation, monitoring, and evaluation of project activities to ensure timely and effective delivery of assistance to beneficiaries in accordance with project objectives and donor requirements.

Organize periodic review meetings at district level and provide feedback to district nutrition teams regarding program implementation.
Organize and conduct orientation for nutrition staffs & Community Health Workers-CHWs.
Provide technical and programmatic guidance for nutrition staffs at field offices through regular supportive supervision and coaching.
In close coordination with AAP Health organize trainings for the project staff.
Ensure that nutrition staff under supervision is at their work place and performing their duties responsibly during working hours.

Make timely requisition and ensure timely arrival of supplies from AAP Health and monitor distribution to CHWs.
Monitor proper storage of nutrition supplies at field warehouse and prepare reports for AAP Health.
Prepare stock reports and share with AAP Health.
Ensure the vehicles at the field office are efficiently used for program.
Coordinate with District Health Offices and District Support Management (PPHI) to ensure close collaboration for implementation of the project.
Coordinate and maintain good working relationships with local government authorities in the district.

Ensure all nutrition data are collected with quality and report prepared in standard format and shared with AAP Health on time.
