As an experienced technical person, I have executed my duties at different position as Manager Production, Maintenance & Quality. With a 10-years of experience in large manufacturing like OEM, Aluminum Casting, Forging, Rubber & Plastics Molding, Process Engineering industries. I have developed strong industrial expertise and skills in Product development, Casting, Forging, CNC Machining, Tooling, R&D, Production Planning (Lean Manufacturing), Maintenance and Quality Control.
I have supervised many projects, new developments, production lines and large workforce. Maintenance, troubleshooting, technical procurement, negotiating prices, contracts, handling manpower gives me extra strength performing my duties.
• Managing the primary departments including Forging, Aluminum Die Casting, Press section, Injection Molding and CNC Production Department.
• Studying drawings, CNC fixtures development, Programming & operations of machines, tooling and lean production planning using management tools.
• Overseeing and ensuring effective utilization of Manpower, Equipment, and Facility resources to support these departments.
• Making BOMs, Production plans, Rosters and workforce planning using ERP Software.
• Currently attaining the set target of 85% OEE through real time data collection, cross-functional daily reviews and minimizing the downtime.
• Supervising production of 16 Die-casting machines up to 1200ton, more than 100 CNC machines including (5-Axis, VMC, HMC and turning centers), Injection Molding machines, Power Press, Hydraulic Press, Conventional machines, Testing & Laboratory Equipment.
• Implementation of Quality Management System (QMS), TPM and ISO Standardization to meet the OEM standards.
• Maintaining a safe and healthy working environment by enforcing HSE codes and to achieve the TPM targets,
• Due to my immense experience in electrical & mechanical troubleshooting and hand-on experience in machine repairing, Plant Maintenance department with a teams of engineers is directly reporting to me.
• Having advance knowledge of electrical systems (HT, LT, Power Factor), electrical & electronics troubleshooting, mechanics, hydraulic circuits, gear boxes, gear systems, fluids, PLCs, ladder logics, relay logics, electronic devices and instrumentation.

• The most technical and innovative Dies & Molds Development department along with a team of 45members including Engineer, Supervisor and other technical staff was reporting to me as well.
• My foremost duty was to look after all plant production machines, utilities, equipment, and Testing Lab machines.
• Maintaining and troubleshooting of heavy machinery like Hydraulic Presses up to 450 Tons, CNC machining and Turing Centre, Plastic Injection molding machines, high performance Rubber machinery & lab equipment .
• Maintenance and operational duties of utility resources includes 650 kVA & 450kVA diesel generators, Air Compressors, Cooling and heating systems, Chillers, Boilers, vaporizer, chemical reactors etc.
• Designed water chillers for chemical reactor and rubber extrusion line.
