Job Description
As a Team Leader of Store Management & supply chain I have to do work just like.
• Delivering SPC/Roll out logistics services as well as to ensure the service performance targets of DHL customers are successfully achieved.
• Manage the planning process to ensure all daily operation activities are executed and meet according to the customer service levels. Ensuring expenses are within budget. Best utilization of existing/available resources.
• Well managing the all supply chain logistics of the distribution network of the whole Punjab.
• In continuous contact with Sales Head, Territory Sales officers (TSOs) and 150 + distributors in initiating and executing their requisite sales orders.
• Inventory management at 4000+ Euro Pallet handle the stocks by FIFO method using Catalyst software (SAP) and LWMS (DHL Software).
• To attend the specific meeting held on time-to-time like inventory control ISO 9001-2000 for the improvement
• Responsible to make planning and implementing JDs of the entire store managing staff.
• Good knowledge of FMCG goods & cold storage items like chocolate.
• Good knowledge of Refer Transport used for cold storage items.
• Well aware about important particulars which required for cold storage like temperature requirement, pest control issues & rats problem etc.
• Planning and initiating the inbound and outbound of stocks within warehouse to meet sales orders on time.
• Planning shortest possible Transport Routes for distributors Sales orders.
• Maintain All Documents Track Record.
• Daily reporting to project head status.
• Responsible for Preparing various reports and Presentations required for the
concerned department of the Company.
• Preparing Quotations and Purchase Orders.
• Maintain a good filing, correspondence and other records.
