To plan, schedule and ensure execution of daily, weekly and monthly activities to ensure smooth operations of a solar power plant.
To monitor the performance of solar power plant on a day-to-day basis and to be available for immediate field trips in case of any fault recovery.
To conduct regular visit to site for monitoring and inspections.
To conduct preventive and corrective maintenance periodically.
To co-ordinate with vendors for equipment maintenance.
Travel to project sites and vendor locations as assigned to perform all aspects of on-site installation, repair, maintenance, oversight, and modifications as required.

To supervise or assist with the supervision of undergraduate, taught graduate (Masters).
To contribute to the development, planning, and implementation of a high-quality curriculum.

To design and conduct laboratory exercises as per departmental requirements.
To operate, maintain, and inventory of lab equipment and consumables, Preparation and grading of laboratory instruction manuals.
To select and upgrading of lab equipment as required, and any other duty assigned by the department.

To determines engineering requirements by conducting inspections and analytical tests.
