Conduct thorough investigations to assess the validity of claims, gathering relevant documentation and evidence.

Liaise with claimants, insurance adjusters, legal representatives, and internal stakeholders to facilitate the claims settlement process.

Provide guidance and support to employees involved in incidents or accidents, ensuring proper reporting procedures are followed.
