· Oversee the implementation of the Punjab Human Capital Investment Project at the tehsil level.
·Supervise social organizers and field workers responsible for conducting project activities, providing guidance and support as needed.
· Collaborate with the district manager or Coordinator to address any issues or obstacles encountered during the implementation of activities process.
· Liaise with District Manager Tehsil Coordinator to communicate project updates, seek guidance, and ensure alignment with project objectives.
· Maintain accurate records of daily team progress, ensuring data integrity and completeness.
·  Prepare monthly reports summarizing project activities, achievements, challenges, and recommendations for improvement.
·Participate in budget planning and allocation discussions, providing input based on the project\'s needs and objectives.
·Facilitate team capacity building initiatives to enhance the skills and knowledge of project staff, ensuring effective implementation of project activities.

·   Develop good understanding of project specific EI into mentions.
·   Understand communities and local culture sensitiveness.
·  Conduct corner meetings with local level stakeholders such as notable community leaders, and imam mosques to gain their support for smooth implementation of project.
· Identify eligible beneficiaries on the basis of NASER, update information through profiling and community based validation and enrolled beneficiaries’ under relevant component.
· Identify suitable persons as mentors, to monitor the asset condition and deliver the lecture to beneficiaries for their business stability.
·  Conduct the five days of LMR training of beneficiaries. In which have to ensure the registration of beneficiary, complete the LIP and make suit able business plan of beneficiary.
·  Trained and build the capacity of mentors.
·  Submit the case studies, weekly and monthly report to the tehsil supervisor.
·  Conduct monthly meeting with community purchasing committee, and ensure the     transparency of CPC’s over the project.
·  Monitor the mentor session on daily basis which will be provided to the beneficiary after providing the asset.
· Support economic livelihoods and capacity building activities for beneficiaries.
· Educate the beneficiaries about projects GRM and facilities and their access if needed.
 

·To coordinate with teams and clients to implement the Business Accelerator Trainings.         
·Develop plans according to need and ensure proper implementation with database.
·  To conduct quality training and ensure expected outcomes.
·Assist Project Staff in the overall planning, supervision, implementation, follow-up, monitoring and evaluation of the Business Accelerator LAB program.
· Preparing monthly and quarterly work plans.
·  Taking meeting minutes of the community meetings.
·  Reporting progress to Field Coordinator.
·  Prepare daily field visit report.
·  Attend daily feedback session and share the problems, issues and progresses with regional lead trainer.
· Check outs and record keeping of clients during induction of clients for the BAL program.
·  Maintain the client’s attendance on MIS system.

· To assist the Project Manager in the development of Child Protection plans and responsible to implement project activities as per project plan.
· Under the direction of Project Manager and in close coordination with technical manager from donor ensuring best practices and quality in all Child Protection project initiatives.
· Actively coordinate with M&E Officer to ensure that appropriate monitoring and impact assessment mechanisms and tools are being implemented within Child Protection component.
· Ensure that line management is updated with latest information on key developments in the Child Protection component of the programed.
· Ensure all the objectives along with indicators as outlined in the project proposal are met while ensuring high quality.
· Take full responsibility of the Quarterly Bi –annually and annual reports. Prepare budgets and regularly update them, take approval as per organizational procedures.
· Provide assistance to Project Manager to develop effective functional networks with other actors working for the furtherance of children’s rights and development of District Child Protection Plan.
· Represent the Organization before the Government and its departments, partner organizations, donors and the public, as well as within the wider organization, as appropriate for experience sharing and learning from the project.
· Include child participation in all project work, wherever practicable, and seek to develop and incorporate child-friendly methodologies to promote child participation in project implementation.
· Apply in all project work approaches to child- rights based programming, diversity / non-discrimination, children as stakeholders, impact assessment, and organizational learning.
· Participate as appropriate in assessments and responses in the case of humanitarian emergencies.
·Ensure child protection policy across the all the activists of Project.

· Identify potential risks to children in all project activities (proposal design stage) including workshops and events, plan mitigating measures and assign staff responsible for implementation.
· Deliver high quality, accessible and reliable support, guidance and capacity for child safeguarding to staff, stake holders and beneficiaries.
· Support and provide guidance to the Area Child safeguarding committee ensuring that key actions agreed are implemented.
· To deliver mandatory core training Child safeguarding workshops as to enable staff, stake holder, teachers, children’s and their parents.
· Keep an update record of all cases which are regarding to child safeguarding.
·  Ensure that all children safeguarding concern reported effectively and proactively followed up to the required standards.

·Responsible for mobilizing the communities to play an effective role in promoting and protecting the rights of the child.
·Assist Project Staff in the overall planning, supervision, implementation, follow-up, monitoring and evaluation of the project activities.
·Assist Project Staff in implementing project activities through active participation of children and target communities.
·Responsible to develop detailed village profiles of each village that organization has selected for its intervention with specific reference to the population figures, services, and other human resource services.
·Responsible for identification and training of Community Volunteers in the target communities as well as to supervise their work in the community.
·Responsible for identification and verification of most vulnerable families and children and ensuring their participation in development activities.
·Responsible for effective children’s participations within all program initiatives
·Responsible to monitor, identify and refer all child rights violations within their area of work
