To establish School Management Committees further strengthen their skills in school administration.n2. Plan conduct teacher trainings and class room support for teacher in the field site.n3. Assist the manager to coordinate, organize, and supervise the implementation of project activities at the field site.n4. Assist in the distribution of material to project sites.n2. Provide training to on sites monitors on how to organize group of children so all can participate in activities during the day.n3.
