 Collecting and managing data of AFP cases reported from 36 districts of Punjab at provincial level. Compiling and analyzing this data for the Provincial Health Management team, responsible for its transmission to the Federal Surveillance Cell Islamabad, this data also been submitted to regional Headquarter EMRO. Preparation of analytical presentations based upon AFP indicators for all the Monthly Surveillance review meetings to ensure quality of AFP Surveillance. Regularly updating all the WHO staff (Medical Officer, TIP’s, Area Coordinators, PEO’s), Provincial Health Management Team (DHS EPI, MO’s EPI), UNICEF officials (CPO, APO, DHCSOs) and district health management team (EDOs, DOHs, DSCs).

 Collecting, compiling and analyzing data of the National and Sub-National Polio Campaigns at provincial level. Supervising provincial polio control room to ensure the timely submission of day wise campaign results to the Secretary Health Government of the Punjab & Federal EPI Cell Islamabad since 1994 to 2010.
 Coordinating the Monthly Expert Review Committee Meetings held to decide the final diagnosis of Inadequate AFP cases reported from field. Preparing line list of inadequate cases to be presented in ERC meeting, scheduling ERC with the advice of Director Health Services (EPI) keeping in view the availability of ERC members and assist the chairman ERC in meeting.
 Collecting and Consolidating Active Surveillance and Zero reports at provincial level and submitted to National Surveillance Cell, Islamabad.
 Maintaining the record of Measles and NNT cases reported from Active Surveillance and Zero sites at provincial level.
Corresponding all issues and quires related to AFP Surveillance, Polio Campaigns, Active Surveillance & Zero reports, ERC and national/provincial level polio updates with the district/provincial health management team, national and international WHO/UNICEF staff and National Surveillance Cell Islamabad.
