• Maintain the Human Resource Information System (HRIS), update by timely entering the data related to changes in employees’ transfers, promotions, payroll, increments, terminations, re-designations etc. 



• Grievances handling: To look after all legal Matters regarding FIR &Courts. 



• Ensure that Final settlements of Ex-Employees are processed in defined timelines. 



• Administering the organization’s benefits programs (e.g. retirement plans, leave policies, wellness programs, insurance policies, etc.). 



• To deal with Health and life insurance matters of employees. 



• Managing the enrollment, renewal, and distribution processes of benefits plans.



 Experience: Minimum 8 years of experience relevant to the tasks mentioned above.
