Working as an assistant engineer production (Liquid CO2 plant).
Controlling the process of CO2 Recovery Plant through Siemens S300 PLC and operate the two CO2 production units having production capacity of 24MT and 48MT per day.
Maintain the process variables of CO2 compressors and Freon Refrigeration compressors as per set limits for safe operation.
To supervise working activity of shift staff and ensure the quality of product while maintaining the plant efficiency. 
Perform the maintenance jobs of Multistage reciprocating compressors, Screw refrigeration compressors scrubbing and washing columns, heat exchangers (shell and tube, and plate type),centrifugal blowers, Pumps(centrifugal, gear type) as per schedule.
Update the maintenance record and perform the daily, weekly and monthly tasks assigned by the department head.

Working on Co-generation boiler ( bagasse and biogas) fired at Unicol site where two boilers are in operation, having steam flow capacity of 20MT/hr and 40 MT/hr for the purpose of power generation and process house. 
Control the operation of boiler through Honeywell DCS system.

Continuous monitoring of ID-fan,FD-fan and critical parameters also check the steam and feed water quality.
To manage the log sheets and records of process variables (temperature, pressure, level etc.)
Keep in contact with the turbine engineer and shift engineer process during the whole shift to manage the steam load for the safe operation of boiler. 

I worked as a trainee Engineer for the period of one year in Unicol pvt Ltd and later I was promoted to the post of Assistant Engineer in the same department. 

I worked in JPCL for one month in boiler section. In this internship I covered boiler, turbine and HVAC section and it was nice experience that I physically examined the machines and overall process that we previously studied in our theory.
