• Ensures quality of Education in all schools in the cluster continue to deliver the best quality of education. • Maintains a stringent follow up on quality indicators on the dashboard particularly internal and external assessment data, and works with the District Manager to plan for improvement for all schools, and remediation of underperforming schools.• Organize cluster-based meetings of principals each month to go over the dashboard and track school progress. • Record SVF findings in the School Management App. • Ensure all academic resources including textbooks, teacher guides, supplementary materials and supplies are available in the school in a timely manner and per school requirements. • Ensures the school culture is positive and welcoming, and students of all backgrounds feel included.• Works with the principal and staff on creating an engaging space and structuring learning experiences that will motivate students to enroll and stay in school. • Academic Planning with the head teachers to develop the school management and improvement plans. • Conduct follow-up meetings after each examination to assess progress in relation to school targets and revise strategy where needed.
• Participate in the training workshop to get particularly understanding of filling of CAPI.

• Hold UC Level corner meeting to involve opinion makers, teachers, counselors and other relevant stakeholder in BISP Survey
• Responsible for data collection.
• Allocating targets to the teams to various villages/localities within the UC and make logistic arrangements for the execution of targeting survey.

• Supervise and ensure the quality of AM and communication activities are followed by listing and enumeration/data collection and conducting spot checking
• Generate UC reports as protocols set by BISP.
• Responsible for three different phases of data collection process.
• Ensure supervisor prepare village maps of surveying area to mark HH GPS and capturing no of HH.
• Ensure field teams update ERF on server daily basis and ensure field teams are equipped with necessary tools.
