• Responsible for execute maintenance activities and to attend abnormalities in the Petrochemical Plant. • Responsible for routine, preventive and breakdown/shutdown maintenance of static equipments like Heat exchangers, Pressure Vessels, Columns, Piping, etc) and rotary equipments like Single & multistage centrifugal pumps. Installation and maintenance of mechanical seal. Maintenance of cooling towers, blowers, agitators/mixtures and gear boxes, • Also responsible for maintenance of belt conveyors, Overhead cranes/ Hoists, Elevators, Valves etc. • Responsible for the planning, cost estimation, design, preparation of specification and documents, performing technical calculations, evaluation of bids and supervision of the construction and commissioning of piping and mechanical equipment, including stationary equipment / rotating equipment. • Involves in various Piping, Fabrication and welding works and able to read engineering drawings. • Responsible for reviewing and developing comprehensive preventive maintenance programs. • Knowledge of SAP based software’s CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) and MMS (Material Management System). • Having understanding of permit to work system. • Assist senior management in evaluation/selection of stationary/rotary equipments and responsible for development of annual Budget plan of critical imported spares. • Experience in development of specifications and conducting technical evaluation of bids for the procurement of equipment, spares, and services. • Co-ordination and correspondence with different foreign vendors for the arrangement of critical imported spares at required time. • Identification of critical spares and ensures availability of the minimum required level of inventory. • To enforce the implementation of ISO Health, Safety and Environment Management System. • Generate monthly report of stationary and rotary equipments. • Assist senior management in planning of rotary and stationary equipm
