HR Operations:
· Support daily HR operations, including onboarding, offboarding, and employee record management.
· Maintain accurate employee files and database.
· Serve as the first point of contact for employee inquiries, ensuring timely and accurate responses. Manage time office and payroll, resolving any discrepancies.
· Oversee new employee card issuance and activation (Biometric + RFID).
Recruitment & Selection:
· Assist the HR Manager in the recruitment and selection of labor.
· Ensure smooth recruitment processes, from job postings to final settlements.
Employee Relations:
· Address employee concerns and grievances promptly and fairly.
· Assist in resolving employee relations issues, and escalating complex matters as necessary.
· Foster a positive work environment through strong employee relationships.
· Handle labor department dealings and documentation for death, marriage grants, and scholarships.
Compensation & Benefits:
· Manage employee benefits, including PESSI, EOBI, and other grants.
· Ensure proper documentation and timely processing of benefits.
· Handle payroll management and ensure accuracy in employee compensation.
· Resolve payroll discrepancies as they arise.
Legal & Compliance:
· Ensure all HR policies and procedures comply with buyer standards and local labor laws.
· Handle legal actions against workers as required.
Policy & Procedure Management:
Assist the HR Manager in implementing, and maintaining HR policies and procedures.
Administration:
· Assist the Administration Manager in implementing, and maintaining Amdinistration policies and procedures.
· Handle Administrative tasks including Housekeeping, Security, Main Gate, Canteen, Transportation and Maintenance, Kitchen staff etc.
1- Preparation of Utilization Report.
2- Preparation of daily attendance report.
3- Preparation of overtime report (Daily, Weekly & Monthly).
4- Leaves entry of all employees Oracle and maintaining the leaves record.
5- Manual attendance entry in system and maintain record.
6- Preparation of HR Employee Information report.
7- Preparation of overtime violation report (Daily, Weekly & Monthly).
8- Preparation of CPL violation report of employees who worked on rest day/Holiday and did not avail CPL.
9- Maintain close coordination with all employees regarding any issue in Leaves or attendance.
Any other task assigned by management.
1-New employee’s hiring & data entry in HRMS.
2- Registering and maintaining daily attendance and leaves record.
3- Preparation of Annual Leaves encashment of Employees.
4- Managing payroll of all employees.
5- Process timekeeping information submitted to the office for each assigned employee in the department.
6-Maintain close coordination with all employees regarding any issue in Leaves or attendance.
7- Preparation of Salary of all workers (Permanent, Piece Rated & Daily Wages).
8- Preparation of EOBI & PESSI contribution sheets.
9- Preparation of final settlements of left employees.
10- Checking of time keeping, strength of workers and managing all record of labors.
11- Checking and manage of advance loan and account ledger.
12- Preparation of documents related to compliance and take part in audit.
13- Look after housekeeping and maintain the record.
14- IGP & OGP preparation.
15- Look after Transport related matters.
Any other task assigned by management.
1-New employees hiring and data entry in ERP system.
2-Registering and maintaining daily attendance and leaves record.
3-Preparation of Annual Leaves encashment of Employees.
4- Managing payroll of all employees.
5-Process timekeeping information submitted to the office for each assigned employee in the department.
6-Maintain close coordination with all employees regarding any issue in Leaves or attendance.
7-Preparation of Salary of all workers (Permanent & Daily Wages).
8-Preparation of EOBI & PESSI contribution sheets.
9-Preparation of final settlements of left employees.
10- Checking of time keeping, strengrh of workers and managing all record of labours.
11- Checking and manage of advance loan and account ledger.
12- Preparation of piece rated wages according to piece rates.
13- Preparation of documents related to social compliance and take part in audit.

9-Checking All Employees Daily Head Count.

13- Checking of time keeping, strengrh of workers and managing all record of labours.

1-To assist Manager Administration in daily correspondence.2-Enter new employee’s data in TIS.3-Registering and maintaining Daily Casual and sick Leaves as perrecord.4-Preparation of Annual Leaves encashment of Employees.5-Ensure the process of monthly payroll.6-Process timekeeping information submitted to the office for eachassigned employee in the department.7-Maintain close coordination with all employees regarding any issue in Leaves or attendance.8-Leaves Entry in Leave Record Register also on Attendance Registers.9-Leave entry in TIS on Daily basis.10-Days out from Attendance Registers.11-Preparation of Salary of all workers.12-Preparation of EOBI & PESSI contribution sheets.
