Currently I am working in a Uk based inbound call center( taxi company ) and i am looking for a better and challenging job. I am able to handle multiple tasks on daily bases. I use creative approach to handle any kind ofproblem.

Worked for the second biggest taxi company in Uk ( City Taxis ) based in Sheffield and Data Cars in London. I was working as a Customer Service Representative in both of the companies which were outsourced to Support Solutions Hub in Lahore.
I used to take around 400+ calls in 10 hours shift and around 600 on Weekends.
