I have done BBA from KASBIT and doing MBA with 3.81 CGPA .I believe that I am a raw diamond that has no shape and no value right now but with right person and time I'll be so precious that my value won't be determine. My loyalty towards a company or school is same as loyalty towards myself and I wish to be the priceless diamond of a crown. I'm a workaholic and love to learn new things never get panic by work pressure and always try for learning new thing that's why after MBA I will take other majors so I have knowledge about other fields also.

Assistant Head
Take interviews and give sessions for way of teaching to parents in orientations and make them satisfied with our services, management of functions and assist the Deputy Head and all programs’ imposition, placing of teacher to their respective duties and take meetings about upcoming events and changes. Note down class observation of teachers and make report about that and brief them about their weak point.
Assistant Manager
To give all detailed information about the products to customers, taking interviews and forward them to Manager, give training to new employees, conduct meeting about their performance, making weekly reports, prepare presentations and present in front of clients.
Quality Assurance Executive
Call’s evaluation of CSEs and taking pre-shift and post-shift in which given training to CSEs about new changes in packages and procedures of call handling.
Customer Support Executive
In outbound we call customer and give information about new packages and pinch them to upgrade their packages to new one.
In inbound customer called us for complains and we handle those complain for the resolution.
Teacher and coordinator
To give lectures to students and give role plays for communication skills of students and give them task for understanding of topics, take presentation according to relevant topics and assigning project to them.
Intern
During six weeks they trained me about different departments and their JDs and they had given me task for all work during that duration.
