—Startup Boiler, Check boiler permissive, Check 3 elements operation, trace out fault during boiler tripping, check drum level, leak out test, air purging, gas/oil pressure follow P&ID Diagram, and verify all instrument operation
—Take permit from responsible Area Engineer/operator, isolate required equipment’s, follow safety rules and close permit after work completion.
—Installation of vibration switches, pressure, flow & level transmitter, Level probes, low, low low & Aux level switches, Gauges, Air regulator, Air tubes, on/off valves, limit switches, ignitor and photocell.
—Repair/replace the faulty instrumentation part.
—Calibrate the Flow, Level, pressure transmitter with hart communicator & adjust zero/Span values.
—Installation of control valves, check 4 to 20 mA loop, 24v signal, positioner adjustment, Valve calibration, actuator working, Air signal and adjust pressure, Air regulator/ filter adjustment and test operation from DCS/PLC.
—Installation of RTDs/Thermocouples, check temperature against resistance, thermo-well installation and cleaning of external Coating.
—Installation & repairing of Controller, replace faulty cards, Panel/JBs connection Tightening, relays connection check, verify loop from DCS to JBs & JBs to instruments.

1. Inspection and testing of Lightning Protection Panel, 480 Switch Gear Panel, 13.8 & 4.16 Kv Transformer Panel, DC & UPS Panel, Plant Earthing System and its respective electrodes. Using Advanced Earth/Ground Tester and Earth/Ground Clamp.
2. Loop verification of all instrumentation, incorporating sequence checks of motors and pumps with Electrical Department Commissioning and other associated control instrumentation.
