Prepare the vehicle operation day plan, Train Status card and implement it .
 Prepare and implement the system maintenance plan of trains daily,weekly,monthly basis.
 Prepare logs,train failure reports,and maintenance reports.
 Deal with the emergency situations in depot and stabling yard and provide instructions to working
staff for safe operations.
 Provide the technical guidelines and support to Train Dispatchers, RS Technicians,DS and drivers on
main line related to train fault handling and operation.
 Provide the technical and fault rectification details,Feedback related to train operation to OCC.
 Prepare and implement the train cleaning plan.
 Testing,commissioning and fault handling of trains.
 Prepare the shunting plan of trains within the depot and stabling yard and implement it.
 Stricktly implement the train boarding operation and make sure the safety of operation.
 Coordinate with Managers,DGM related to trains failure and provide technical reports to them.
 Monitor and inspect the safety operations and safety precautions of branch employees during their
operations.

Installation & commissioning of station equipments in all over punjab .
 Maintenance and calibration of all equipments installed at station.
 Supervise and monitor the different tests of vehicles during inspections.
 Handle customers and handover their vehicle inspection reports to them.
 Prepare the weekly roster for staff.
 Prepare the audit report of vehicles on daily basis.
 Checking,repairing and servicing of machinery and equipments.
 Maintenance of PLC system,electromechanical equipments,LT,ATS,DBs .
 Operation,maintenance and preparation of generators logsheet .

Operations and maintenance of diesel and gas generators.
 Prepares the periodic preventive maintenance (ppm) schedule of generators.
 Maintaining the daily log sheets of diesel & gas generators.
 Supervision the maintenance of HT and LT switchgears,GCP, MCC,PFI panels.
