Develop work flow for the field and centers team
Assist in goal setting, skill enhancement and performance reviews activities for field and center team
Investigate and resolve any issues resulting from substandard performance
Ensure company policies and procedures are followed by the team members
Ensure project deliverables and targets are being met within their zones
Provide support and guidance to staff to ensure timely and quality services
Conduct and supervise outreach activities including camps for TB screening, mobile x rays and TB awareness
Review performance of field teama periodically and develop strategies to improve achievements of targets
Identify and resolve employee concerns/complaints
Keep abreast of trends and changes in regulations pertaining to public health service delivery in Pakistan and in relevant disease areas
Responsible for annual appraisals of the team
Perform other work related duties assigned by the supervisor
