I am development professional having diversified experience in community development.nI have done Masters in Sociology,Masters in Economics and L.Lb from University of Shah Abdul Latif University. I have started my career by joining development sector and worked in education, health, research and capacity building sectors. I have been remained involved in project management at different levels. I have bid fair to make a good record of achievements in the above sectors of development. On job trainings and other formal trainings in development field provided me potential tools to carryout challenging assignments in my area of interest. I have considerable experience in project designing, implementation, monitoring, evaluation and research.
The School Coordinator plays a key leadership role in welcoming and supporting Student Teachers, meeting with Student Teachers and Mentor Teachers. The School Coordinators role includes
Developing a creative learning community across the school
to have knowledge, understanding and enthusiasm for creative teaching and learning as a key to raising achievement, aspiration and motivation
to build a community of creative learning practice across the school, involving all departments as appropriate
to involve parents, Governors and other members of the community extensively throughout the programme
to develop, through dialogue with the wider school community, an enquiry based approach which addresses a range of issues relevant to the broader developmental needs of the school and its learners and is linked to the school improvement plan
to facilitate the long-term development of creative teaching and learning at a structural and systemic level, using the Creative School Development Framework and other resources
to establish a Creative Partnerships programme and plan on an annual basis, linked to the Creative School Development Framework self-assessment process Programme and project management
to act as a facilitator in school, able to translate the schools vision for creative learning into practical implementation
to ensure that children and young people play a meaningful and active role in learning that can truly reflect their interests, needs and enthusiasms

• In collaboration with the HRD section develop training events for the Activists from community.
• Preparation of the investment plan / portfolio of opportunities with the organized communities.

• Coordination with NGOs, Banks and line agencies for creating sustainable linkages of the communities and these agencies.
• Preparing monthly, quarterly, six monthly and annual reports about social mobilization activities for submission to the Project Manager.
• Carrying out any other special assignment given by the Project Director and Project Manager within the field of his/her competence.
• To investigate allegations of significant harm in accordance with departmental child Protection procedures, and formulate protection plans.
• To manage and be accountable for a variety of cases which include those Subject to Child Protection Plans accommodated children.
• To effectively liaise and negotiate with statutory, voluntary and private agencies on behalf of service users in order to offer the best possible service provision, in order to maintain children within their families.

• Submit monthly and weekly progress reports of the activities to Protection Manager.
• Ensure all contracted transporters are duly notified of the commodities contracted for dispatch, loading points and conditions of uplift.
• Draft correspondence with transporters and recommend or propose appropriate actions to be taken for delayed dispatches or other non conformances.
• Monitor performance of transporters on their orders and be proactive to ensure uplift of commodities is within given timelines.
• Monitor small stock balances to ensure follow up with colleagues and transporters for their timely uplift.
• Provide update on transport related matters as well as assist in preparation of monthly performance evaluations.

• Translators and interpreters convert one language into another. This service allows concepts and ideas to be exchanged between languages and cultures. Translators and interpreters are employed all over, helping people to communicate.
• Hardest job in this field is literary translation. To be successful at this very delicate job, translators need literary expertise as much as Multilanguage fluency. Literary translators are generally self-employed; however, many support themselves by teaching in colleges or working for organizations requiring translation. A consecutive interpreter waits until the speaker has finished talking and then interprets. Simultaneous interpreters need speed; consecutive interpreters need a good memory. Both need accuracy.
