Currently I’m working with GHC International as Construction Manager for the large scale residential and commercial project. A project of federal employee board Life style residential. Overall my responsibilities to plan and execution of the project. Procurement of material and manpower resources weekly and monthly Meetings with consultant and client and maintaining good relationship with them. Close coordination with project team and motivate them for the next day challenging task. Coordinate and reviewing bar BBS schedule progress report and Bill with QS team and finalized for submission to consultant.

Negotiation with subcontractor and suppliers and reports to senior management to finalize orders. Maintaining responsibility for general quality control and safety practices on site.
