Looking after the monthly sales and service tax returns, WHT u/s 149 & 153 deduction and subsequently filing of quarterly withholding statements, and filing of Annual income tax returns.
Manage the receivables with the recovery persons and weekly report regarding aged receivables. Manage payables and make sure all payments should be paid to vendors on time according to company Policy.
To prepare reports for Directors, based on Odoo, and internal controls, outline findings, explaining risk positions and recommends changes/ process improvements.
Continuous system monitoring via risk based audit approach to perform assigned tasks related to different activities of the organization. Tasks would include (but not be limited to) understanding the internal control system and ensure its compliance.
Liaising with managerial staff and presenting findings and recommendations.
Validate all the payments made to the suppliers and vendors to ensure the adequacy of internal controls, deduction of tax at source and its deposit.
Review of monthly staff payroll and final settlements of resigned/ terminated staff.
Reviewing the systems established to ensure with those policies, plans, procedures, laws and regulations, which could have significant impact on operations and reporting whether the organization is in compliance.
