Almost 14 years of job experience in Project Management of Medium Scale International and National Projects, Oil Gas Sector and Water/Waste Water Treatment Projects (Environment Public Health Sector). Out of these 14 years, more than 4 years are in Qatar Region with leading EPC Contracting Company with significant leadership experience in project planning and controls of MEP Projects, pertaining to major Infrastructure development / utility projects.
The job experience covers major aspects of multi-disciplinary Civil, Mechanical and MEP works, including Bus Rapid Transit System, Power Plants Erection (160MW up to 1230MW) and Operation Maintenance (up to 220 MW), Water/Waste Water Treatment Plants and Plant Utilities Project (Power Water) incl. 32,000TR Chiller/District Cooling Plant, Potable/Fire Water Pumping Station Infra utilities network.

Main responsibilities include inputs in the following key areas;
Technical Resource Planning
Develop and improve data collection and reporting templates
Continually liaise with Senior Management to determine management objectives and requirements
Coordinate with Regional and Project Managers / Coordinators to determine current resourcing and future resource requirements based on project work plans and contracts
Develop and update resource allocation and resource forecasting schedules
Monitor actual resource deployment against forecasted deployment and update schedules to reflect changes in resource allocation and requirements
Identify and report to Senior Management on efficiencies in resource deployment vis-à-vis contractual requirements, resource workload, cross-utilization synergies, construction plans, project requirements, etc.
Skills Management
Develop and enhance overall skill management framework for MMP
Develop MMP skills matrix with sector / skills / experience inventory
Identify skills availability and future skills requirement based on project requirements, opportunity pipeline and market factors
Practice Management
Provide timely reports to MMP Senior Management on Planning progress, issues and challenges
Champion adoption of technology within the Planning Discipline
Enhance knowledge management through improving document management and knowledge sharing
Technical Input
Provide technical inputs and render services against assigned project positions across MMP’s projects coordinated through respective Project Managers
Enhance self-utilization through cross-deployment on Projects
Review project planning methodologies on projects and enhance planning outputs through incorporating best practices in technical advice, as required

Loading all the machines (Printing, Cutting-Creasing, Cup Making and Folding-Gluing) on shift / daily basis with minimum trim wastages and efficient utilization of 3 M’s i.e. Machines, Materials and Manpower.
