Implementing World Food Program of UN and Bainzair Income Support Programm joint initative on Mother and Child nutrition in district Musakhel under following ToRs;

Serve as the project focal/liaison and information point for stakeholders at district level
Oversee project activities’ implementation at district level including follow up action plans according to the project’s agreed plan Closely work with community mobilizers / Supervisors and Facility Center Staff etc.
Ensure that best practices are respected and standards are met in organizing community structures and their capacity building Participate in capacity building initiatives for staff, Government counter parts, community structures and other stakeholders to ensure quality and comprehensive delivery of project activities
Develop activity implementation plans based on overall project implementation plan and support social mobilizers in its implementation Developing linkages and close coordination with different departments like Local Government, including Department of Health, Social Welfare Department and District Government.Close coordination and liaise with Provincial Coordinator for project related progress, bottle necks and conduct trouble shooting under his/her guidance.
Closely engage with Media Team and Theme leads to capture innovate and impactful stories that can be highlighted within country and abroad. ( is part of the role) Responsible for operations and project activity implementation at the district level Conduct monitoring to partner activities in their various locations in close coordination with the M&E   and supervisor.
Submit quality reports as scheduled including but not limited to weekly, monthly etc.Carryout any other duties as outlined by the supervisor.
Lead advocacy, knowledge building and communication efforts at district level.Coordinate with provincial offices and finance teams that donor and partner compliance is ensured in porgrame delivery, transactions and reporting.

Organize / be responsible for the Identification of market oriented, commercial value chains, in close cooperation with Government of Balochistan line Departments and private stakeholders, in particular with input suppliers traders, buyers and end users of horticultural products.Conduct commodity value chain analyses, in close cooperation with Government of Balochistan line Departments and private stakeholders, in particular with input suppliers traders, buyers and end users of horticultural products. Collect, collate and prepare background information on Community and Market Development issues for the project; provide appropriate field guidance and local knowledge support to Project Management and other consultants concerned with their technical area.
Implement the project programme at the field level to strengthen group development, ensure group equity in the decision making process as it relates to both production and investment decisions, and in terms of input output balance.
Supervise undertaking an overall assessment of the present status of institution development/community development intervention by the project in their operational area, and suggest suitable project interventions to strengthen community development and marketing activities.
Work closely with the project farmers groups to produce development plans that over the medium term are likely to lead to positive income growth. Based on the findings, develop in participation with the groups priorities for project intervention that will assist in their empowerment.
