Overseeing the construction and installation of WASH infrastructure, including water supply systems, toilets, handwashing stations, and drainage systems.
Ensuring that construction work is carried out according to specifications, within budget, and on time.
Coordinating with contractors, suppliers, and local labor to ensure quality and safety standards are met.
Monitoring the quality of materials and workmanship to ensure they meet project specifications.
Conducting regular site visits to inspect ongoing work and address any issues that arise.
Keeping detailed records of project progress and reporting any deviations from the plan.
Working closely with local communities to ensure their involvement in the project.
Providing training to local workers and community members on the operation and maintenance of WASH facilities.

Supporting the sustainability of the project by helping to establish maintenance committees or systems.

WORK RESPONSIBILITIES:

Preparation of Bar Bending Schedule.
Project Scheduling, monitoring and preparation of `Bar Chart'.
Review engineering drawing and specifications and ensure the correctness of transfer of drawing details to ground.
Estimation of quantities as per drawing.
Work progress statement.
Cash flow statement.
Preparation of Daily, Weekly and Monthly reports.
Certifying the bill against the work.
Budgeting for a project.
Checking the bills of the sub contractor.
Measurement of physical work. 

WORK RESPONSIBILITIES:

Manage the project on site to complete the project according to design and plan as specified in contract documents.
Monitoring the construction expenses according to the allotted budget to ensure project progress.
Prepare work schedule and implement on site to achieve timely completion of project within allocated budget and as per specifications.
Provide estimation cost of project and visit the field to check quality of material at site by doing various testing on site or in Laboratory.
To visit the site daily and submit a daily report to the line manager to monitor the progress.
Supervision and monitoring of attendance sheets of labors and materials needed on site.
Preparing schedule for materials distributing and handling all workers problems on site, with co-workers.
Coordinator's office in regard of purchase, consultant, contractor, and subcontractors.
Monitoring the workers on site to increase productivity and quality of work.
Preparing inspection requests and variation details.
