خلاصہ

My career aspiration is to make a significant and effective contribution in improving the standard of living in Pakistan, and I have always worked towards getting closer to this aim. I consider myself extremely lucky to have obtained professional roles that helped in shaping strong analytical and research abilities, gave me an opportunity to inform business strategy and growth and instilled in me the ability to manage complex relationships with diverse stakeholders.

During my tenure as Manager MER at Assessment and Strengthening Programme Rural Support Programmes Network, I worked with diverse stakeholders in both the private and public sector, to monitor and implement ASP-RSPN's programmatic interventions related to strengthening governance structures in Pakistan. I contributed to the design and implementation of various Monitoring and Evaluation systems and tools such as the Results Framework, Peformance Management Plan, Annual, Quarterly and Monthly Progress Reports and Work Plans.

Completion of important assigments such as SMEDA's and WAPDA Administrative Staff College's institutional capacity building, and supervision of Third Party Validation of the Citizen's Damage Compensation Program Phase II required effective monitoring, data management, communication and relationship management skills.Supervision of pre-award assessments that aimed at analyzing the Financial Management, Human Resource Management, Procurement Management, Monitoring, Evaluation and Research systems and procedures of client organizations helped me obtain key insights into organizational systems, policies and procedures.

Recently I was also part of a project that aims to form a Gender Managemnet Information System that helps monitor and track implementation status of various initiatives taken by the Government of Punjab to achieve gender parity and gender equality in Punjab. In my capacity as Senior Research Analyst, I supervised data collection against various indicators, which were then analyzed and reported in the form of the Punjab Gender Parity Report. The PGPR is in the final stages of completion and will soon be published by the Lahore Urban Unit in collaboration with Punjab Commission on the Status of Women.

Prior to working as Manager MER at ASP-RSPN, my work with RSPN which is a grant management agency, focused specifically on business development. During my tenure at RSPN I worked on developing technical proposals that enabled the organization to gain funding for new projects. It was due to my commendable performance in working with RSPN and consequently helping it win the bid for ASP, that I was recommended to work as Manager MER in the partner organization NRSP's provincial office in Punjab.

In short I want to be considered as a committed professional, who values and respects the opinion of others, has the capacity to accept her own shortcomings and mistakes, gives credit to others on their achievements, values the importance of team work, integrity and professionalism.
