Handling all corporate matters; external & internal communications, dealing with SECP, Banks and different institutions

Meeting with corporate clients to introduce MAP memberships, Event Partnerships and Training Programs
Setting targets for the sales team and supervising the performances of MAP secretariat
Organizing MAP’s Annual Events: Corporate Excellence Awards, Conventions & Annual General Meetings

Supervising Accountant to ensure all accounting activities are done promptly
Ensuring all records are updated of all new members application received and process approvals to be obtained from EC
Ensuring all documents and subscription fee submitted by new members are in order
Ensuring that membership approvals letters & certificates are dispatched
Ensuring all subscription accounts receivables are collected on time and a proactive follow up maintained
Meeting & contacting different companies to arrange partnerships for annual flagship events
Effectively communicating with 3rd parties on behalf of MAP
