1 Report Severe Adverse Event (SAE)within 24 hours if happened.
2. Implementation of best practice at MNCH centers and at all selected CEmONC facilities with ownership and report to head office for the updates on implementation.
3. Trainings, OJTs, OJCs on all maternal health, F.P and newborn care with advanced CEmONC trainings like orientation on Management of preterm births, Peri-operative strengthening on SS checklists.
4. Providing support to in-charge facilities for Maternal Death Audit in-placement by facility in charge.
5. Ensure data entry in DHIS and Daily client information registers for all MNCH and CEmONC facilities (provided by MCHIP)
6. Provide supportive supervision to health care providers through continuous mentoring and coaching.
7. Ensure documentation and record of trainings, OJTs and OJCs in coordination with MIS.
8. Share monthly and quarterly reports/inputs to HO.
9. Review regularly facility action plan and discuss with facility in-charge/staff fill the identified gaps and capacity building plan.
10. Involve the facility staff and management to track regular quality improvement assessment done by the facility.
11. Identify the person from facility and discuss with M.S/In-charge facility who can continue/sustain MCHIP activities for sustainability after project end.
12. Ensure that facility staff has access to all SOPs, Checklists and reference material for guidance.
13. Working in close collaboration with all other stakeholders to execute traings/supervisions and monitoring.
14. Participate in various activities and meetings at different levels as and when required.

Manage OPD F.P counselling and screening advise to pregnant ladies, supervise and manage labour room, manage obs/gynae emergencies, perform major obs surgeries and minor gynae surgeries, advise about reproductive health, give presentations, supervise final year MBBS batch, arrange test and documentation and record keeping, work with other colleges in ward and supervise emergency team.
