The duties of a CSS at Suave Solutions include assisting the customers using different mediums of communication such as phone, email, and chat. I answer their queries as well as resolve customer issues and complaints.

I was introduced to the world of content writing in the last quarter of 2019. Ever since I have written on different topics like Healthcare, Food, and Software, etc. I have also done some Academic writing.

I was handling HR, Administrative work, Accounting and Customer Communication.

I was responsible to help facilitate any conversation between the client and the software developers. Resolving client issues, mentoring and counselling the developers.

Checking attendance, invoicing and informing the clients about any latenesses and absences. Managing leave requests.

My job here was to listen to around 50-100 sales calls on a daily basis and determine if the sales made by the sales representatives are legit or not.

It was an outbound sales campaign related to Health Insurance. My core responsibility there was to call potential customers based in the US and persuade them to talk to our licensed agents.
