Recently,I have accomplished my project with UNICEF as a Divisional Oversight Consultant Bannu Division for Typhoid Conjugated Vaccine Campaign 2022. I have worked with different national and international organizations and have supervised and managed multi tasked team through planning and coordination, execution and management, monitoring and reporting. Throughout my engagement as a manager particularly in Unicef, UN-HABITAT, USAID, NCHD and WFP, I was responsible to carry out different projects with the thematic areas of Health, Education and Literacy Promotion, Emergency Response, Housing and Shelters, Primary Health Care, WASH and Hygiene Promotion and Quality Management. · Facilitating and supporting, monitoring and validating the Measles Rubella Pre-campaign, Intra-campaign and Post-campaign Assigned Tasks/Thematic Areas
· Providing real time feedback by using NEOC App to mitigate gaps and ensure taking corrective measures for ACSM Activities, Training of field staff, Readiness Assessment at District/UC level and Micro Plans Desk /Field Validation

· Provide technical support and consultation to Municipal Corporation Peshawar, District Municipalities and Cantonment Boards Peshawar on the project thematic areas

· Conducted more than 150 Focus Group Discussion along with documentation and reporting during the project.
· Managing and conducting more than 100 Semi structured Interviews with relevant stakeholders for gender analysis
· Incorporating findings, actions and recommendations of different stakeholders to the concerned authorities in the project plan
· Managing and Monitoring the Shelter-Relief field teams with a focus on providing quality programming according to UN-Habitat program quality principles
