 To check daily receiving, dispatch and wastage reports
 To receiving the finish goods stock from production units
 Maintain FIFO brand wise and check it regular bases
 Manage stock lot wise
 Receiving order from marketing depart flavor and SKU wise and dispatch
 To check daily mileage report, in & out time reports and vehicle progress
 To control the wastage and damages of warehouse
 Leading, motivating, training , developing and rationalizing staff
 Maintain Maximum and Minimum stock level and manage lead time
 To check daily RGB receiving report from market
 To check all warehouse attendance and progress of staff
 Conduct regular and spot check inventories of merchandise, supplies, and equipment

 Receive order from warehouse for dispatch to distributors
 To control the wastage and damages during loading of stock
 Maintain the record of dispatches vehicles wise and party wise
 To check the capacity of vehicle and check loading process in my presence
 To assign duty to shipping & checker and check their working
 Leading, motivating, training , developing and rationalizing staff
 To verify stock according to voucher flavor wise

 To control inbound and out bound logistic
 Follow up of all vehicles (Company and 3PL) till destination
 To control the reverse logistic and return from market
 To check daily mileage report, in & out time reports and vehicle progress
 To check vehicles Log Book of company vehicles
 To contact with 3rd Party logistic 3PL( Transport ADD) to hiring vehicles
