As a HOD Bio-medical Department in bahria international Hospitals i have look to look after all bahria Hospitals. Fews responsibilities are


⦁ Import and Export Documentations
⦁ Maintenance
⦁ Training of Staff.
⦁ Provide assistance in developing the HOMS (Hospital management system).
⦁ Making SOPs according to the PHC and PHOTA.
⦁ Responsible for NOCs and license from PNRA for the radiation equipment’s.
⦁ Responsible for the registration of employ in PInS for the protection of Radiation.
⦁ Handling technical & operational activities of installing biomedical equipment’s.
⦁ Follow up the Preventive maintenance schedule and calibration schedule for medical equipment’s.
⦁ Updating the inventory of medical equipment’s installed in the all Bahria International Hospitals.
⦁ Coordinate with different Bahria International Hospital facilities in and out of the country.
⦁ Follow the SOP for procurement process of Bahria International Hospital.
⦁ Coordinate with Import or LC department and provide the all necessary documents for opening the LC and clearance of medical equipment from customs.
⦁ Coordination with service personnel of various medical equipment companies.
⦁ Procurement of kidney transplant equipment’s and instruments (Bahria Lahore).
⦁ Procurement of Cochlear implant equipment’s and instruments (Bahria Lahore)
⦁ To follow up with the vendors for any breakdown under annual maintenance contract equipment’s.
⦁ Update the aging list on daily basis for medical equipment’s.
⦁ Meet with in-charges of critical care departments.
