Logistics planning expertise for both LCL & FCL shipments, coordination, follow-up, negotiation with transporters.
Administer all activities of export operations; custom documentation, deal with C/A and Bank.
Maintain timely bookings to forwarder to meet booking deadlines manually or by portals, arrange CROs or loading plans according to required vessels planning. Negotiation with forwarders for sea/air freights.
Have vast knowledge of vessel routing for USA & Europe for both direct and indirect services.
Handling complete export commercial documentation and design SOPs of work according to Customer’s requirement.
Collaboration with other departments for shipments planning, their execution and payments schedules.
Lead team of 5 members of logistics, operation and commercial against assigned Customers by management.
Resolve all customer issues for export processes and ensure all processes should be according to the standard.
Reporting to DGM & Director.

On-time and accurate processing of export documentation of international shipments according to LC/procedure.
Scrutiny of LCs and handling the entire LC procedure with competent authority.
Booking of shipments, co-ordinate with clearing and forwarding agent and with bank for proceeds shipment.
Correspond with Customers for documents approval and payments.
Active follow up with terminals and carriers sites to avoid shutout/skip vessels and for shipments arrival status at destination.
Record billings of agencies and clear their outstanding from finance department.
Re-export of goods imported temporary for stipulated period.
