Research and development centre of Saudi Aramco has 7 buildings and each building has its own utilities lines and equipment.
My Job Responsibilities  are Operation and maintenance of building utilities which include but not limited to
Compressed Air System (Scroll Compressor, Screw Compressors and Reciprocating Compressors)
Raw Water System (Centrifugal Compressors)
Sweet Water System (Centrifugal Compressors)
Building Vacuum System (Busch Vacuum Pumps)
Liquid Niteogen System
Fire Fighting System
HVAC
General Building Plumbing Lines Maintenance.
I Lead the team of Technicians and Millwrights to carry out the preventive maintenance activities as to ensure a smooth supply of building utilities to the Laboratory Users.
Responding to emergency break downs and carry out the corrective maintenance activities in a timely and efficient manner to minimize the breakdown time of the equipment/Utility.
Ensure the inventory and spare parts for the equipment is adequately enough so as the preventive maintenance can be carried out without any delay as well as the cost of inventory can be minimized.
Maintenance and Inspection of building overhead cranes and lifting equipment to keep the building assets in a working condition
Conduct safety meetings so to make awareness about the health and safety among the technicians, millwrights.
Prepare monthly KPI report to evaluate the building assets condition and performance.
