Initiating the project, defining project scope and preparing the project plan.
Managing the day to day sales account and Profit & Loss calculations.
Inventory Management.
Develop and monitor the Marketing Strategies & Customer Services.
Creates co-ordination among owner & workers.
Preparing the payrolls calculations.
Making the necessary Correspondence between organization and the clients.
Collection of dues (fees etc.) and posting against the accounts. Maintaining Journal, Ledger & other financial books. Preparing the Accounting Reports. Distribution of Payrolls.
