Responsibilities: To communicate properly with the existing customers of PTCL To maintain the level of service· To retain the pressure of a lots of calls in a shift· To work in a rotational shifts To handle the many aggressive customers who are facing problems in services· To identify the issues of customers who are using Landline and Broadband To put complains of customers in the software Customer Representative Management (CRM)· To forward the complains of customer to its relevant exchange To allot a complain number to the customer To put complains in a software ICMS for repetitive customers To check the internet session of customer in a software Customer Support Console To check the line parameters, data rate, port rate To provide Wi-Fi username and password and PPP username and password to customers Knowledge of all PTCL products like Landline, Broadband, Smart TV, Smart TV app, Smart link app, Evo Wingle, Evo Chargi, Chargi Tab Knowledge of all packages that are using on PTCL products Communicate properly with the existing customers of PTCL.
