Ø  Prepare an activity implementation plan and discuss the required resources to undertake the activity.

Ø  Mobilize the communities for livelihood enterprise development and business incubation.
Ø  Mobiles the community for skill development training and linkages with other stakeholders. 
Ø  Write regular weekly, monthly, and other reports (as per suggestion and need).
Ø  Facilitation and support in conducting the awareness sessions.
Ø  Mobilize community groups, sensitize and train them on specific topics as required, and organize and facilitate meetings.
Ø  Follow the Social Mobilization guidelines of SIF and implement them at the community level.
Ø  Perform other duties as requested by the line supervisor.
Ø  Prepare daily field visit reports after commencing the visit to the field.
Ø  Prepare and submit weekly progress reports well on time.
Ø  Prepare any other reports when required/asked by the supervisor.
Ø  Actively participate in staff meetings.

Ø  Planning of the social mobilization & organization in consultation with the project staff under the supervision of the Project manager.
Ø  Identification and selection of the targeted locations as per set criteria of the project.
Ø  Initial contact with the target communities for the introduction of the Project and informing the communities of the implementation strategy of the Project.
Ø  Establishment of the Village WASH Committees (VWCs) in the targeted villages as per the Project's Standard Operating Procedures (SOP)
Ø  Raise WASH profile of target area by implementing CLTS/SLTS & PATS approaches effectively
Ø  To conduct a participatory approach in promoting good water, sanitation and hygiene practices in the targeted area
Ø  To conduct participatory monitoring of water and sanitation facilities usage and maintenance with community
Ø  Conduct quality health and hygiene sessions in communities to ensure that the target population are mobilized and adequately informed regarding health and hygiene issues related to water supply, sanitation and solid waste disposal.
Ø  Conduct training of selected Community Resource Persons on health and hygiene promotion to enable them to conduct onward sessions to target communities.
Ø  Conduct assessment of beneficiaries, WASH schemes identification, Sign TOR's with committees, line departments and can effectively maintain data
Ø  Supervise and facilitate and trained Community Resource Persons in record keeping, liaising with social welfare, PHED and other line departments
Ø  Training VWCs members in Community management skills such as record keeping etc.
Ø  Under the direct supervision of the Project manager, He/She will perform community mobilization activities plan and arrange capacity-building training in concordance with the target population's culture and norms.
Ø  Conflict resolution if faced during the project implementation among the beneficiaries of the project activities through the social conflict resolution process.
Ø  Acting as the bridge between community members and the project staff.
Ø  Informing the community regarding the HAP and complaint-handling mechanism in partnerships will facilitate the fixation of the Complaint Box and banners at some suitable places in the target communities as per consultation with the VWC members.
Ø  He/She will facilitate the community to pass their complaints to the management in a transparent manner.
Ø  He/She will be participating in periodic meetings of the concerned clusters and networks to discuss work plans and work relatives.
Ø  He/She shall perform all additional duties assigned to him by the Project Manager.
Ø  Facilitate project staff to ensure that child protection and beneficiary safeguarding is being prioritized by the staff in all activities, projects and programs.
