To assist the Principal with general management of the School office – answering calls, maintaining presentation of noticeboards, producing staff/student ID cards, filings & writing student status letters.
Working with spreadsheets and ledgers.
Calculating and checking to make sure payments, amounts and records are correct.
Managing petty cash transactions.
Managing School and Student’s documents and Record.
Conduct audits of financial and operational processes in the food chain.
Check compliance with food safety regulations, industry standards, and company policies.
Identify and report discrepancies, risks, and areas for improvement.
Develop and implement audit plans and procedures.
Provide recommendations to improve internal controls and operational efficiencies.
Prepare detailed audit reports for senior management.

Plan and assign daily workloads to outlet associates.
