Key Responsibilities Cotton Inventory ManagementYarn Inventory Management Fabric Inventory Management Packing Material Inventory Management Main Store Chemical Packing material Inventory Management Develop and implement inventory management strategies and procedures. Monitor and maintain optimal inventory 20 plus warehouses Raw material and  10 plus nish Goods warehouses levels based on production requirements and forecasted demand. Conduct regular stock audits to ensure accuracy and reconcile discrepancies. Collaborate with procurement teams to ensure timely availability of materials while avoiding excess inventory. Material Receipt and Inspection Receive incoming materials and perform quality inspections to ensure conformance with speci cations. Coordinate with quality control teams to resolve any issues or discrepancies. Update inventory systems with accurate information regarding material receipts and inspection results. Material warehouses Storage and Organization Organize the layout and storage of materials in the warehouse fabric and Yarn Packing Material for e cient retrieval and space utilization. Implement proper labeling, tagging, and categorization systems to facilitate easy identi cation and retrieval. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and best practices for material handling and storage. Material Distribution and Replenishment Coordinate with production departments to ful ll material requests and ensure timely delivery to the production line. Monitor material consumption patterns and forecast future requirements to initiate timely reordering. Collaborate with suppliers and logistics partners to coordinate inbound and outbound shipments e ciently. Documentation and Reporting Maintain accurate records of material transactions, including receipts, issues, and transfers. Generate reports on inventory levels, stock movements, and material usage.
