Vender Management

The main responsibility of job was to maintain all IT systems, and installations of new equipment as per company demand & manage local networking system LAN, server machine & other systems, Installation & maintenance of IP based cameras, PABX system, windows, drivers, software's, printers, biometric machine. Troubleshoot & resolve problems of the company’s applications’ software or arrange technical support from the vendor side, maintenance of systems & maintain biometric record on monthly basis.
Project – Optimization of ZXJ10
During this one year contract I mostly worked on optimization of ZXJ10 ZTE server over six months, I worked and learned about installation of Prefix, migration of numbers, understood the internal or external technical environment of NE’s, E1, media, power, transmitting and receiving route of RLU exchanges.
Technical Department
Worked on a server ZXJ10, ZTE MSU & managed the hardware different cards of a server machine using the ZZJ10 background maintenance software, configured numbers and added a different prefix in a switch side, identified faults and resolved them, supervised a technical staff, monitored RLU exchanges, learned the power supply structure of Switching Systems & some technical knowledge about EWSD Siemens Germany, APL Alcatel France, Huawei China, EXE10 Ericsson, ZXJ10 ZTE China.
Operation Department
Know the physical networking distribution, and the networking topology, worked on a main distribution frame MDF, MSAG and MSAN technology.
Provide online technical support to customers regarding complaints of Landline, EVO, Broadband, and Smart TV, worked on CRM support portal, AAA portal and different other software’s.
