• Assist matron in preparing a procedure manual for specific nursing procedures & modules.
• Prepares standard orientation program for new students.
• Evaluates students academically by giving the monthly tests.
• Assess students for presentations, net surfing assignments and booklets.
• Teach and prepare students for the theory, practical and viva-voce examination of the SNEB. (Sindh Nurses Examination Board).
Selection of students for midwifery training as per policy.
•Facilitates entrance examination.
•Take Interviews with assigned members of Departments of Nursing Development (Aga Khan Health Service, Pakistan)
•Proper counseling for financial assistance.
