Execution of sales strategy and customer acquisition process in order to meet, exceed portfolio growth and cross sales targets.
Generation of new customers over a large number of Govt & Semi Govt. accounts to minimize concentration & Top-up risk and volatility in the portfolio.
Provide highest level of customer services in coordination with branch staff.
Provide excellent service to maintain a positive reputation for the business.
Credit analyses of loan requests of almost volume of 90 million a month, calling of ecibs ,credit proposals as per sbp regulations.
Execute data checks to ensure that applicant is not a defaulter of KMBL or other institution.
Ensure compliance of Credit policy and other guidelines circulated regularly.
Documents checking through internal and external verification.
Completion of pre- disbursement formalities in line with Credit Administration & Operational Procedures.
Ensuring that any deviations in loan application are highlighted and corrected by respective staff.
Processing of Green cab scheme.
Achieved assigned Deposit targets on monthly basis through New to bank customers to manage & grow deposit portfolio assigned by the branch management.
Achieved assigned Cross-sales target of all consumer banking products ( Auto Loans, Bancassurance, House Loa ,Personal Loan etc.)
